Premature Ejaculation treatment - pros and cons Part1

Looking for the best and most suitable premature ejaculation treatment or solution could cause you to waste hours and hours searching online, not to mention spend a lot of money only to find out later on that each and every one of them are totally useless.

I know I have had my share of ordering, buying and trying just about every imaginable premature ejaculation treatment available in the market. Here are some of the cures and treatments that I have tried, which you may have to. I have included some of the pros and cons of each one so that if you are considering to try one out, you would know whether to go ahead and get it or not.

 1. PC Muscle Exercises

The PC muscle exercise has been suggested to have the ability of delaying ejaculation. Information about this is free. You would usually just need to search online for info on this Premature Ejaculation treatment. Exercises to prevent premature ejaculation are generally safe, as long as you know how to do it properly.

Loss of sensation is rare as you would usually just need to give the muscle that controls ejaculation a workout. Although it is fairly easy to follow the exercise, this method is not very effective. I have tried it and it did not help me prevent premature ejaculation nearly as much as I had hoped.

The PC muscles are the group of muscles in the genital area around the prostate gland.  These muscles tend to be very tight and tense when someone is anxious – and let’s face it, guys, when we think we might not satisfy our woman, we do tend to get anxious.

Unfortunately, this pushes on the prostate which make us come even faster.  By learning to correctly control these muscles, we should be able to relax them in order to postpone ejaculation.

One major drawback to this method is that when we start these exercises, we often will suffer earlier ejaculation than we did before exercising.  That can be quite discouraging (I know it was to me!) but if you push through that, you can find yourself with not only postponement of ejaculation but you could see an increase in erection.  For myself, this method did not take care of the problem but I did see some improvement so I recommend it as one thing you can do alongside other methods.

 2. Pills, Supplements or Tablets “Formulated” to Cure Premature Ejaculation

There are literally hundreds of pills and tablets which are advertised as the miracle cure for premature ejaculation. There are even some that are imported and claim to have exotic ingredients which are known to stop premature ejaculation.

These pills claim that aside from eliminating your premature ejaculation problem, they can also enlarge your penis over time, give you harder erections, and increase your sexual desire. They can be very expensive and as for safety, these pills are usually not approved by experts, which means they have not been tested in a laboratory.

Although most of them claim that they have “all-natural” ingredients”, they can still cause various side effects. Some cause a significant loss of sensation which does not really improve your sexual experience and instead, cause a lot of discomfort.

Trust me, I have tried virtually all of them and I have usually experienced at least one adverse effect with almost every one. If you have tried some pills in the past, then I am sure that you know what I am talking about. They are definitely not a long term cure to your problem and as a matter of fact, they could even leave you in a worse condition that what you started with.
